Experience

As Manager, Process Operations at Walmart Connect Canada, Stephanie leads enterprise GTM operationalization for one of Canada’s largest retail media businesses, supporting a $100M+ revenue portfolio and driving execution across a complex, cross-functional ecosystem.

She partners across Sales, Campaign Delivery, Product, and Technology to:

  • Architect scalable GTM operating models across intake, execution, and measurement 
  • Embed governance frameworks, decision rights, and SLA discipline 
  • Commercialize new advertising products from concept through launch
